Located in a deep valley on the eastern shores of Tuyen Lam Lake, SAM Tuyen Lam Golf Club is situated 15 km (a 20-minute drive) from both Dalat City and the airport. Surrounded by massive mountains and towering pine trees, it offers beautiful scenery and cool, year-round weather—though heavy morning fog typically delays tee times until 9:00 or 10:00 AM.

The Canadian-designed layout features elevated tees, tight Bermuda grass fairways, and gently sloping Bentgrass greens. Accuracy is heavily favored over distance.

Signature & Challenging Holes

• Hole 3 (Par 4): A tight, uphill dogleg right with out-of-bounds (OB) on the right. The green is heavily guarded by a large bunker and a bisecting creek, making the approach shot highly challenging.

• Hole 12 (Par 4): A severe uphill dogleg right bordered by a vertical mountain rock wall on the right. A massive 240-yard carry is needed to clear the fairway bunker; otherwise, players must lay up. The hole concludes with a complex, double-tiered green.
