The course features a dynamic blend of undulating fairways and greens, lateral water hazards, forced water carries, sharp doglegs, and strategic bunkering.

• The Unique Back Nine: The second half of the course wanders through environmentally preserved parklands and presents a rare, highly challenging layout configuration consisting of exactly three par 3s, three par 4s, and three par 5s.

• Signature Stretch: Holes 10, 11, and 12 stand out as the course's highlights. The signature 12th hole is a dramatic, 170-yard downhill shot to an island green.

• The Long Game: The back nine's par 4s and par 5s play exceptionally long, demanding precision to navigate well-placed hazards and steep greens that slope heavily from back to front.
